Is there anyone who genuinely thinks it's a good album who isn't a leftist?
Is there anyone who genuinely thinks it's a good album who isn't a leftist?
Me
guy can we please talk about identity politics? I'm feeling a bit left out
The world is so much simpler now that I can call everyone I don't agree with a leftist
and anyone who disagrees with me a right wing nazi!
If by leftist you mean "at least a socialist", then I'm most definitely not a leftist. And I do think this is a good album.
The point is that the world is a lot more complicated than right vs left or red vs blue. Small minds need these categories.
The problem is that that's how most Americans think these days.
This is easily one of the worst albums of the 60s. You have a whinny jew and a German who sounds like she just started learning English a week ago as your vocalists?
It's a great album to start exploring music. Music basically started in the 60s, so you get to listen to everything in the chronological order.
Me too
Greatest album of the 60's by the way. If you don't agree, you were filtered and probably a newfag
Me but i want to fuck nico and maureen while lou watches
what does that have to do with anything?
my sports team > your sports team
get real accomplishments in your personal life. disliking a band isn't one
Polcattle wandering off the reservation again, someone fix the fences
Fuck off chud
Lou Reed was right wing though
Both Nico and Maureen Tucker are chuds
I love this shit. Nigga heil Hitler!
Choosing a side in politics is like picking which WWE wrestler you want to win in a match. It's all fake & gay and predetermined anyway. That being said, this is a top 5 album of all time in any genre
Wtf do politics have to do with it. No, I'm not a leftist.
*steps in your path*
liberals:
everything is political
also liberals:
what do politics have to do with it?
muh left and right
Thanks for letting everyone know you're a fucking retard.
I love this album and I'm a nazi
Based
You only listen to the sounds without absorbing anything, your critical thinking must be like that of a stone
didn't think TVU&N would be a filter album but the bar has dropped on this board over time
I barely see politics in music. Most musicians are talking about shit in their daily lives. Some of them are definitely "libertine" and self-destructive, but that's their own problem. I'm just a spectator. I'm not fucking 5 years old getting influenced by this. I've got my own life.
i love TVU but when you get older you realize WL/WH and the third are much superior albums
I'm a centrist and I think that album is like a 9/10 to a 10/10 depending on the day. You don't need to be an extremist autist who filters everything through a political lens to understand or enjoy complex and experimental music. That being said, I severely doubt that a conservative into christian shit and all that would be able to enjoy 90% of Anon Babblecore. Those guys are obsessed with ideologies.
I am in a discord full of chuds and a lot of them do actually.
the third
booooring
John Cale was the talented one
are rightoids capable of talking about music without bringing their religion of worshiping billionaires into it?
Yeah it was good, actually
both wrong, loaded is their best album and oh sweet nuthin is their best song.
it's a masterpiece
t. full-blown fascist
No, atleast a neoliberal is Left wing
Damn. The 60s that dry for real? Grim
