I'm not new, I've browsed Anon Babble since 2010. That post seems to be the one time that waiting actually worked for me. Every other time I was told to try again later or register with an email address, and the counter reset. I have gotten used to keeping my thoughts to myself and lurking instead. It's a nice habit to have enforced instead of giving in to temptation to roll in the mud with the degenerates.

I was just watching the stream of Jerkfest10 and it is the same show they've been putting on for ten years. Most of the same bands too. This is true of Coachella and the other festivals you see all summer.

You don't just "let" kpop have a board, it's exactly the same as MLP. You make a containment board and make it a instant ban to post kpop outside of that board. The difference being that tranny jannies make and partake in kpop threads.
