Herein lies the problem. Let's ignore the fact that Tyler the Creator is objectively terrible for now and examine the fact that you're a tourist. As a tourist, you have no idea what Anon Babble listens to as you have never been an authentic Anon Babble poster. At best you just showed up whenever there was some shithouse new album getting released that you liked and wanted to hype up. Then you were gone until the next shithouse new album "dropped". The problem with this is that there are MANY tourists just like yourself who do exactly what I have just described. So you all show up roughly at the same time, shill some terrible album and are gone immediately after. Because you don't stick around there's no way to see how inauthentic this appears to Anon Babble regulars, it actually looks like paid shills who show up for a week, spam one album incessantly and vanish.
Thing is, Anon Babble has never liked Tyler the Creator. Ever. It's just at one point there were enough people like yourself to create the temporary illusion he was popular here. But now there aren't even enough people like youself left to create that illusion - not around Tyler anyway. If you liked Kendrick Lamar you'd have much better odds of thinking Kendrick was still popular here because there are still loads of Kendrick tourists. But as you might have now guessed, Kendrick isn't actually popular here either. I hope this helps.
