It hurts to say this but, maybe we should all just leave. If you care about the board, boycott it until it does get better. I don't want to abandon this place that's been my home for so many years. But it isn't home any longer, quite frankly. My friends who I used to have comfy music talks and listening rooms and sharethreads with are all gone. Something has to change for it to be worth spending my time on here again.
