Q. Thoughts on your first debut anniversary
Yoona: It's already been one year since your debut. When I think about the more prosperous days ahead, it's only been 'just', 'only' one year, but somehow I don't want to look down on it. There were many great things, and it feels like a valuable year because I was able to spend the year with Glit.
Minju: There were so many things I'm thankful for during the year, and I learned a lot, so it was a year where I was able to grow.
Mocha: It was a year that I felt so deeply. I was happy to be able to stand on stage as the singer I've dreamed of for a long time. Also, I became closer and stronger as I experienced many things with the members.
Wonhee: It feels like only yesterday that I was excited and nervous while preparing for the debut album, but it's amazing how time has already passed. It was a meaningful year where I received more love than I expected and felt a great sense of responsibility as a member of Illit.
Iroha: I think the year went by faster than I thought. It was a year where I was able to experience, see, and learn so many things after debuting. It was the year I rode the plane the most in my life and was able to stand on many stages. More than anything, it was a happy year to be able to meet our Glit.

Q. What is the most memorable moment after your debut?
Yoona: I always remember when 'Magnetic' reached #1 on the Melon chart. At that time, it was my first time to win #1 on a chart or music show, and it was so sudden that I didn't have time to properly celebrate. As I gradually experienced and grew, I realized again how great the love and support we received was.
Minju: I remember the fan showcase. It was a more enjoyable time because it was just Glit and Ailitt. I was so ecstatic to see Glit shouting our names and cheering us on in unison.
Mocha: I also remember our debut showcase the most. It was the day I dreamed of while preparing our debut album with the members. It was the first time I was introducing Ailitt to the world, so I was really nervous.
Wonhee: My first music show stage is also the most memorable. It was so amazing to be on a stage that I had watched on TV since I was little. I was nervous because it was my first time experiencing many things, but I was able to do well because I was with the members.
Iroha: I remember all the moments, but I remember the comeback showcase. When we debuted, everything was new to me so I was out of my mind, but when we made a comeback, I got to sing a new song and see Glit for the first time in a long time, and that moment was the warmest moment for me.

Q. You had an unforgettable year, setting various new records and sweeping rookie awards. What do the members think that the reason why Aillit is loved is?
Yoona: The charm of the members. Also, I think the good songs and concepts felt fresh and that's why they were loved.
Minju: Thankfully, I think it's because the songs and performances are good. In particular, I think the lyrics that our peers can relate to received a lot of love. The finger point choreography was easy to follow, so it was used a lot on short-form platforms.
Mocha: Since our debut song 'Magnetic', fans from various countries, not just Korea, have shown great love. I think good songs are popular everywhere. I was surprised to see Aillit's songs on various charts throughout the year.
Wonhee: The songs, performances, and styling that exude Aillit's unique vibe. And thanks to those who love and support Aillit, we were able to shine even brighter and receive more love.

Q. What do you work hardest and pay most attention to in order to grow?
Yoona: Whenever I prepare an album, I refer to demo audio and pay attention to my tone and pronunciation. I also monitor my performance often, and if there are any parts that I feel are lacking, I try to fix them through individual practice. For the parts that are difficult, I ask my performance director for help and upgrade them.
Minju: I practice the parts that I am not good at repeatedly. I use the method of recording and monitoring videos the most.
Mocha: I try not to be nervous on stage and show 100%. When I get nervous, I make mistakes that I don’t usually make, so I try to memorize them perfectly so that my body remembers them. I practice more and more as the days go by.
Wonhee: I practice constantly so that I can show my performance well. I discuss the performance a lot to match the harmony of the five members. Also, since Eyelit has a lot of detailed choreography, I pay attention to each and every movement.
Iroha: I want to be good at both vocals and performance. I want to do well on live stages and have natural expressions, so I am the type to catch my shortcomings and practice until I am satisfied.
Q. What are your goals and dreams for this year?
Yoona: I hope to stay healthy and active this year without getting sick, and I hope to live up to Glit's expectations as much as I put in.
Minju: I want to be loved by Glit and the public once again with Ailit’s songs.
Mocha: My goal is to have a solo concert. I want to show Glit the stage of the songs we’ve released so far and make happy memories.
