The album is about religious cults and child brainwashing. The last track being pure silence means a song you can't listen because you are mentally programmed not to.
The irony is even in the name: "Magic Window". It's the song that supposedly could make you see the outside, but you can't.
The hidden satanic symbology is just creepy easter eggs, mostly tongue-in-cheek. The guys from BoC admitted this.

No it's just the hell album to MHTRTC's heaven. It's an artistic depiction of the "left hand path" - not an endorsement of the occult. It's no more spiritually dangerous than Heironymous Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights"
