Wasn't this just due to him having other projects on at the same time? There have been tours without Andy before as well as tours without Zach.
Don't listen to them. As of now there is no real true confirmation that Andy is no longer part of Death Grips, just because he wasn't on the last leg of the tour doesn't mean they "dropped him" I'm sure there was some reason. He's been missing from tours before this. Until we get a new Death Grips album and it doesn't credit him at all or if we get future tours and he's no longer there, then it will be safe to assume he's gone from the band.
all of that was speculation, the more likely reason is a falling out.
dude did you look at the photo they posted? It's signed by Stefan and Zach, there's literally no reason to make that distinction if it isn't because Andy is out.

Also. Andy, while yes is an integral part to the group as a whole. The majority of the art produced by death grips is from Stefan and Zach. I would say they consider themselves more of a duo w/ a close producer/engineer than a full on band so that’s why.

It feels wrong to jump to conclusions here especially given how Death Grips is always been very obscure about what's going on behind the scenes. Andy's message that went public never implied any fallout between him and the other members, the pic being signed Stefan and Zach could very well just be due to the ball lying in their court now after Andy's message went public. We don't know anything.

Nah, it seems just like a co-sign of confirmation that both Zach and Stefan have agreed to make more music is all. I don't see it as some sly way to exclude Andy from the band. Andy has never really had the say so if more death grips will be a thing. It's always just between zach and stefan. if stefan doesnt want to do it, then no more death grips, if zach doesnt want to do it, no more death grips. andy doesn't really have a say like that. All this picture is showing us is that both zach AND stefan are in agreement to make more, so there should be more. Andy will either be there or he won't but this picture is not confirmation that he won't.
