Early 2010s were already nostalgic in 2017. That's when that middle 2010s wave of minimalistic, airy, dry production (think royals by lorde) started fading away and most pop started progressively shifting back to bigger, in-your-face, more "kitsch" styles and it has basically been stuck like this from 2019 (when this shift became stable) to today

I don't like any of those except The Strokes and maybe Phoenix. I'm not sure if Phoenix is/are who I think or not.
