Six days after previewing the song at the semi-annual Light Up The Blues charity show, Neil Young has officially released “Let’s Roll Again” from his upcoming LP Talkin’ To the Trees, which arrives June 13. It may sound like a sequel to his 2002 September 11 song “Let’s Roll,” but it’s actually a plea for auto manufacturers to act responsibly and create more electric vehicles.

A lot of the archival material he’s put out is great. New stuff not so much.

My Dad was recently in the market for an electric car. He almost bought a Tesla. Then Elon did the sieg hiel (or however you spell it). My Dad got a Subaru instead. He's also been a big Neil Young fan since the '70s, so I'm glad my old man didn't catch any strays off of this.

They all should make a joint commercial together to Keep On Rockin in The Free World, except its a collab with Jack White and Neil Young. It shows all their electric cars with patriotic imagery, not just ours but Canadas too and lots of shots of gritty people building cars and stuff like that and then the ending should say Our Cars Are Not For Freakin Fascists.
