Fuck concerts

he goes to concerts

Way to out yourself as an attention seeking poser.

Hur durr look at my unique band t shirt of another band im not currently listening to

Hurr durr i totally know all the lyrics to every song

I only drink IPA my guy

I totally waited in line sonce 5 pm even though the doors open at 9pm

What's the point even? To try to pretend you listen to the band? To get street cred? Most people i seen at concerts don't even know anything but top 40 ""indie""" shit. I usually got industry plants for recommendations. i fucking hate you people, I won't even go see my favorite bands anymore because the crowds are always cringe liberal faggots who don't know shit about music. To top it off they always play like shit usually. Glorified t shirt vendors if you ask me.

concerts are the only way artists make money, it is a decent thing to support them, esp buying merch

The unwritten rule that it’s cringe to wear merch of the band you’re seeing makes zero fucking sense to me. It is more cringe to wear another bands shirt I’d say as it is more try hard. I don’t even find that cringe overall though. But if I had to pick, yeah

everything you just typed is retarded

The unwritten rule that it’s cringe to wear merch of the band you’re seeing makes zero fucking sense to me. It is more cringe to wear another bands shirt I’d say as it is more try hard.

correct

This makes poorfags seethe and fall all over themselves attempting to justify piracy of something they claim to love

He is a proud consumer

Lmao

This guy loves music, what a fucking faggot!

Went to a concert and the people just put on the newly bought shirts over their old clothes. This "yOu DoNt WeAr ThE bAnD's ShIrT tO tHeIr CoNcErT" is just an internet thing.

you guys check your clothes before you go out? fags

There's a reason for it. You can wear merch of the band playing under one circumstance (not counting putting on a shirt you just bought which is like duh, what are you going to carry a shirt? That's gay) and that's if it is literally your favorite band. Then you wear a shirt of another time you saw them. Like if someone asks you to name three songs, you can name three demos that got reworked into different songs. That is so people know that this show means a lot to you. Otherwise, it's like you're only wearing the shirt because you think you're supposed to.

But tour merch is overpriced and graphic tees are cringe.

jesus christ wtf is up with you autists overthinking the most mundane things imaginable. you go to a concert because you enjoy the music and want to see it performed live. you wear whatever you want and feel comfortable in, nobody will care. it’s really not that hard

he goes to concerts

Yes

Hur durr look at my unique band t shirt of another band im not currently listening to

If i have performer's merch, i always wear it

Hurr durr i totally know all the lyrics to every song

90% of the time I don't sing along

I only drink IPA my guy

I never buy drinks at the show, don't even spend the mandatory drink ticket

I totally waited in line sonce 5 pm even though the doors open at 9pm

Most shows have numbered tickets, so there's no point arriving early

I molested anon behind a Charlie XCX concert btw

crowds are always cringe liberal faggots who don't know shit about music

Yeah, you got a point there. Mosh pits are the most annoying, retarded things ever.

Concerts became less enjoyable once it became a sea of retards watching the show through their phone screens. I think Ghost are fucking terrible but banning phones at their show was unfathomably based.

do zoomies REALLY lmfao
What, is it uncool to show your enjoyment of a band AT THEIR CONCERT LMAO

This ain't some zoomer thing. I'm a millennial and people my age always thought it was redundant to wear a bands shirt to their show. It's like I'm here aren't I? Obviously I'm a fan.

yes but I'm a bigger fan because I wear their merch and I'm standing in the moshpit with two vinyls and some magazines under my arm I just bought everything at their stand and you can't stop me you POSEUR artists must suffer for their art? no, it's the FANS who must suffer for the art and show their dedication by getting band names tattooed all over their body and if you're too poor for that just get a razor and start carving band names zoomer

I am humbled

You ever considered that the sound is better live + it's nice talking to people with common interests?

you must be 18 years of age or older to post on Anon Babble

Saying "Hurr durr" isn't an argument. Go back to /meal/ you autistic fuck

obviously not

This. I’ve seen 10+ different bands so far this year and have bought at least one thing at each show I’ve attended. It’s literally the only way some of these low level bands can make any money.

Most people i seen at concerts don't even know anything but top 40 ""indie""" shit

Are you saying that you go around at concerts asking people what music they know?

autism.jpg - 1298x1145, 159.19K

"i won't go to concerts because I go for other people but I'm not an attention seeking faggot, I swear"

Sure bro, I'm just there to listen to music and enjoy some beers I order most by yelling a a brightness setting at the guy behind the bar.

Supporting 4 people by buying a record or T-shirt or ticket every couple years is hardly being a rampant consoomer.

Very based, youngfags needed to hear this.

Witnessing live music is fun. Besides is the only time I see my friends nowadays

Stop seeing shitty bands lmao

But tour merch is overpriced and graphic tees are cringe.

Plus the quality, especially for popular artists, turned to absolute shit in recent years. My friend bought a shirt at the Tyler the creator show and it already looks like shit after washing it once kek. Also, I refuse to buy fucking Gildan shirts.

it's nice talking to people with common interests?

zoomers like OP are terrified of social interaction. if they're even there at all, they're looking at their phones the entire time. and then if you do somehow get into a conversation with them, it's incredibly awkward because they already have little experience in practicing social interaction. in addition they aren't drinking or on any drugs because they think they'll lose all control and act like an idiot and end up being the next viral tiktok meme.

their generation is, as they say, cooked. if this is how they are when they're young, imagine how their kids will be (for the very very few that actually manage to have kids in this world of ours today).

I‘ve been to 317 concerts/festivals since lockdowns were completely lifted

IMG_5421.jpg - 1200x1289, 122.11K

What else do you do? That seems like a full-time job, I would wager most bands haven't even done that.

Autists are the most pathetic scum alive

you are scared of concerts? how pathetic lmao. fucking loser

who are you

i know you're an osaka person, what does your name start with

Yeah dude, posting a picture from a live show in Osaka totally means that i'm from Osaka.

i guess you only consooooooooooom through businesses with a stock ticker?

I work full time, but I have flexible work hours.

concerts are too mainstream, i only go to SHOWS
