1. If your skin color is white, then you're white. That's what the label refers to, that's how people identify you when they see you, that's what impacts how people will interact with you based on whatever preconceived notions they have about white people.
2. Jew's skin color is white.
I'll break down the obvious conclusion for you: A -> B and A, so B. Jews are white.

Indians, Asians, Africans, etc. are all brown. Take an Aboriginal Australian vs, some Somali. Both very similar "skin color", but many people know they are much, much, much different people and wouldn't group them into one group based on skin color.
