Load

What does Anon Babble think of this Metallica album?

My cum looks like that

Hero of the Day feels like by far their biggest play for alternative rock radio

the first half maybe. the second heavier half completely ruined it's chances at radio. it's a great song but it was the worst of both worlds in that it was too soft for the hardcore fans but too heavy for the mainstream.

The only good album they ever made
Some songs off of Reload were good as well

That sure is a load

GIVE ME FU

The only good album they ever made

It's the best of their 90s albums, I guess. Don't really enjoy any of them.

I've never listened to it. With how much good metal there is to listen to, I don't see a reason to waste my time listening to this album, which is generally seen as subpar compared to their earlier works. It's entirely possible that I'd actually like it, but if their albums preceding this one are the upper bound for how good Metallica gets, I don't have high hopes for this one.

You aren't missing much. After And Justice For All, you can pretty much start cherry picking a few songs per album. St. Anger's the most interesting for how much of a headscratcher it is and that should say enough.

Painfully mediocre. Only the first track is good out of this 78 minute bloated mess. If they combined the best parts from load and reload it might be worthwhile but would still just be alright. This is when Metallica stumbled. Some of the best production I've ever heard though

Why the fuck did they ever do those two albums and changed style. The only good thing in the 90s they released is Garage Inc unironically.

Always liked it. Reload, too. X'ers can cope and seethe.

This was their expansion into mainstream. Please remember their management are ((Q Prime)). Even these guys had to play the game.

OUTTA MY WAY

It’s very good

This is how mentally retarded zoomers are these days. They think the cringest shit is best

I'm not a zoomer. I'm 31. I discovered these songs from watching Naruto AMVs on youtube around 2006-2007 like Ain't My Bitch and Bleeding Me. They were my first Metallica albums

Makes sense then

King Nothing is good.

Average album

Bleeding Me is in their top 10

Underrated album, better than Kill Em All.

I like the deep cuts and the ones no one ever talks about or dislike like Poor Twisted Me or Ronnie. They have a cool attitude to them. This album is more like a 70s album than 90s

This

Poz load

Between them, Load and Reload have enough good songs to make one excellent heavy rock album. Unfortunately there's a lot of dogshit on there too, especially on Reload.
Outlaw Torn is fucking amazing.

Based Load and Reload enjoyer. I agree. Only turbo faggots hate on both.

bit long innit

Love it. Looking forward to the Box Set.

i unironically want this as something to hang up on the wall

God forbid someone prefers this to the generic thrash bullshit they made in the 80s amirite guys
Am I elitist enough to be cool like you now? Please?

not sure I'd go that far but I think it's their best post-Black Album song by a long shot

It grew on me over time but it was not what I wanted out of Metallica when it came out.

generic

They were writing the playbook lmao

I don't think about it at all, because Metallica sucks.

why are you still here in your 30s+

go start a family incel

You're here forever kiddo

holy cope
