The point of battle rap is to focus on the dissing and not necessarily deliver the most interesting lyrics. These lines independently of the track just sound like they are trying too hard, but in context it's a bit better. Though, ever since the Kendrick and Drake beef, it seems like people win by being fast instead of taking time to craft a good response.
