Ocean Blvd mogs almost any album in existence. one of the most truly underrated albums of all time, not to mention how subtle the lyrics are. the instrumentation seems washed but that too is very good despite being produced by jackoff antonoff.

I’m pretty new to Lana’s music and I’ve been enjoying it, but I feel like I am missing the point of it because I really don’t care about the lyrics and what she’s singing about. I just really enjoy her voice and the production that she picks.

You know what... I agree. Perhaps not great, but certainly an enjoyable cut, doesn't overstay its welcome. From what I've seen it's by far her most hated LP track (by fans, that is).

I think the new album will probably have a lighter tone than Ocean Blvd, probably lots of acoustic guitar and strings. I love all her albums so I will be happy however it sounds as long as it has those beautiful LDR melodies.
